Yesterday was my first scheduled appt. Even though we were just there on Monday, we went yesterday so that the poking and prodding could begin! I got a lovely “feel me up” examine, gave up 4 tubes of blood for various testing, and answered what seemed like 100 questions about my health and history.
The doctor did state that they would watch me more closely this time to make sure that preterm labor, etc. are not happening. There is a real chance of that since it happened with the girls. I went into preterm labor at 26 weeks, so I am betting they will have me come in more often starting at 20 weeks or so.
I go back on December 1st for another appt and ultrasound.
