for breakfast Kris had: english muffin sandwich, egg, cheese, sausage
and had the sick feeling almost right after.

for lunch she had mac and cheese from home and a couple of strawberries.

i will update on dinner tomorrow morning. for tonight we take Alexis and Kayla to the circus!! they keep asking about going but, have no idea what it is. Kayla keeps talking about some man outside or something though….

for the rest of the day yesterday Kris had beef stew for lunch and didn’t feel good while eating it so she stopped then ate more of it before leaving work. she also felt sick when it was time to leave. then we went to my mothers house to pick up the kids and she ate some corn, cube steak(i think) and riceroni..oh yeah, and she took a bite of my 7up cake. i am sure she had some other little snacks once we got home too.

i had homemade turkey sandwiches for lunch and the same corn, cube steak and riceroni at my mothers and i had 2 pieces of 7up cake so i will be showing soon too.
