Update on the boys.
Jayden came home only 1 day after I did on Tuesday, May 16. He is such a joy and doing very, very well. His bilirubin levels turned out fine. He has a follow up doctors appt. tomorrow with our regular ped.
Kristopher is still in the hospital, but doing extremely well. He was moved today from the nicu to the intermediate care nursery, 1 step closer to coming home. He will probably be there another 5 days or so while they slowly increase his feeding and make sure that he has no problems keeping it all down. We go and see him every day for a bit while the girls are at school.
They are both soooo beautiful. I could not have asked for better little babies.
We are being spoiled for these few days that Kristopher is in the hospital taking care of “only 1 baby”. It’s been a joy with Jayden. He doesn’t fuss much, and he’s very calm. Sure, he’s up in the middle of the night like other babies and 4 am seems to be his favorite awake hour, but it’s not so bad. 
I can’t wait to have them both home together.

I remember feeling that way too when Melyssa was still in the NICU and we only had Juleigha at home. Congrats again Kris, the boys are beautiful…i can’t wait to see pics of them with Kayla and Alexis.
It is uncanny how good those 3D ultrasounds are. To see his face today and compare it to the ultrasounds. It is just like looking at photograph.
