One of my biggest peeves is seeing children bouncing around in cars unrestrained. It makes me boil. Here is a good link on some carseat safety tips.

    Oh yes…. and not only in cars.

    Even in buggies children are not restrained.
    I have saved at least 5 children from falling out of them… and those were not my children.. LOL!
