The article says it is every hour, but my Tweetdeck seems to recovery faster than that. I have not timed it, but maybe every 30 min. Not a big deal to me. If I MUST see Twitter during that time, I just use the web. Honestly, I am trying to stay off of their a bit today so I can actually get some work done.

Very interesting, so I guess it’s a good idea to get rid of some of those lesser used tools, or reduce how often they check twitter.
