Earn Shopping Rewards with Bing.com

I have a confession. I LOVE to shop. But, in the past few years I have migrated from spending a bunch of time in the mall to spending a bunch of time shopping online. I have purchased everything from clothes to shoes to computer equipment and even furniture. I admit that when buying clothes I still love going to the store and getting instant gratification, but with everything else the best deals are usually found online and I can be patient.

For the past 4 years or so I have done 90% of my shopping for anything other than groceries and common household items online. It is SO convenient. I did my holiday shopping online this past year. I got everything that I needed. The only things that I went to the store for were wrapping paper and stocking stuffers. I know several people that love to go out on Black Friday to catch the good deals. Well, those good deal are usually found online too! So, instead of waking up and 4:00 am to going to fight a bunch of people in the store, I wake up a little early and get online and shop in my pajamas. :)

I just checked out the Bing Rewards Program to see a new way to earn points towards shopping. I mean, if I am doing it all the time anyway, why not get some points for it?? :)

What is the Bing Rewards Program?

The Bing Rewards Preview program gives you shopping free will by allowing you to earn credits for searching and exploring various features of Bing. Once credits begin to add up, you can go ahead and redeem them toward gift cards, buy merchandise, even give to charity.

You can either earn points by searching directly on Bing.com, or installing the Bing Toolbar. I like the toolbar option. I am usually HORRIBLE about programs such as this because I forget to go and search from whatever page I am supposed to use. But with the toolbar sitting at the top of my browser, which is where I search anyway, it’s fool proof!

So far my favorite part of this program is that points can be converted into an Amazon gift card! With that I can get whatever I want and not only choose from items in the rewards program.

If you search online anyway, and shop online, you should certainly try it out. There is nothing to lose.
