As a photographer, I spend a lot of time organizing, editing, and printing photos for my customers. This has to be done. But, in my personal life my photos usually sit on my computer neglected because I just do not feel like dealing with the editing, uploading, and emailing to get them out to friends and family. This results in many phone calls and text messages asking where the photos from the ______ (insert name of random event) are. Some people prefer Facebook, some prefer Flickr, some want email, and some do not know how to do any of it. But, what if there was a way to get the photos everywhere and to everyone at the same time?

I believe I have found a new best friend. Fotobounce allows me to access my photos from several sites all in the same program. I can log in to Facebook, Flickr, and Twitter, and I have access to the photos on my hard drive that are waiting to be uploaded. I can easily select a group of them and ship them off to Facebook, Flickr, and Twitter. It is super easy!

I played around with my own Facebook account from within Fotobounce, and guess what? It includes one of the features that I and others have wanted for so long… the ability to download your photos! This is awesome if there are photos on your Facebook page and you have long forgotten where they came from. Here you can easily save them again. You can also choose a photo and upload it right to Flickr, or Twitter, and even leave comments right within the app!

You can also download photos from Flickr, and instantly share those on Facebook and Twitter.
But, the most interesting feature of Fotobounce is the ability to setup a private peer to peer network to share photos with friends and family. They are called “Bouncers”. Bouncers instantly have access to all of the photos that you upload. Be careful with this option. It will ask you upon setup if you want to provide access to ALL photos, or only photos marked Public. This is a great way to make sure that the grandparents instantly have every photo without asking you over and over again for new pictures of the kids.  🙂 And once you set it up once, all they have to do it open the app to get them!

Other cool features include:

  • Remote Access – Install the Android App and view all of the photos in your Fotobounce account right from your mobile device. Or, visit http://fotobounce.mobi from any browser.
  • Unidentified Faces – Tags photos of friends right in Fotobounce. It then becomes super easy to locate all of the photos of whoever you are looking for.
  • Built-in Face Recognition – Once you tag once, Fotobounce can do that rest

If you are looking for an awesome, easy way to share photos with your friends and family, plus upload to your favorite social networks check out Fotobounce. Download Fotobounce here. You can also LIKE Fotobounce on Facebook.
