As I mentioned before, I have a few fetishes… Cherry Pepsi, mechanical pencils, sci-fi movies. sunglasses, shoes, boots, usb flash drives and notebooks. Yeah, it’ gets bad. 🙂
I really love notebooks, mostly spiral ones. I have several. I keep one for personal and household notes, one for blog stuff, one for photography stuff, and I have been known to start a new one for each and every project that I work on. No, the rest of my life is not that organized.
Back in May, I planned a Chicago chapter of National Mom’s Nite Out. One of the sponsors that stepped up to help me provide great swag bags for guests was Carolina Pad. They sent over 100 great, useful purse sized spiral notebooks for guests. I still see friends pulling them out of their purses and using them. 🙂
Recently I was given the opportunity to review some more of their products. I knew it was a good thing, but also trouble for me. 🙂 I received several items to check out. Each one is festive, colorful, sturdy & well-made.  All items are from the Studio C collection.
These items include:
I am addicted to lead pencils and that is really all that I use, but these pencils are perfect for my girls that will be going into 2nd grade! There are 4 yellow ones and 4 red ones so each girl can have her own color and keep up with her pencils.
Now the pens are ALL MINE. It’s another fetish, fancy pens. They write well and the red grip is great and makes writing nice and smooth.
I will definitely be putting the dated planner to use asap. Even though I use an online calendar, I find myself constantly still scribbling out to do lists. Having a dated planner is great to be able to organize my to do list by date. I love that this date book is for 18 months.
My girls will get the folders as well. They are great for organizing homework papers. They include a 3-hole punch for putting the folders inside of a binder.
The Ideal book is the perfect size for keeping in my netbook bag for jotting down ideas while on the go. I have always had a thing for peace signs and they seem to be coming back into fashion now. This makes me squeal with glee. 🙂
The 1-Subject notebook has a nice sturdy plastic cover for withstanding being throw in and out of a backpack. It’s perfect for the busy school kid.
The composition book would make a great journal or writing notebook. The Free Spirit collection is nice and serene.
I really love the look of each design. They make writing, organizing, and working fun. You are proud to pull out your school supplies and show them off.

I have a serious office supply/school supply fetish. I teach 1st grade and I think I have to have TONS of extra supplies at all times. My fav. things are sharpie pens, Bic Ultra Fine Markers, and Bic Flair Pens. While cleaning my classroom I also found I must have a fetish with Carolina Pad Hot Chocolate Notebooks, also!

I have a notebook obsession that is out of control! I have boxes full of notebooks in the basement. I can't visit an office supply store without picking up a few new ones. My husband groans everytime he sees me with a Staples bag.

I'm like you, I have a ton of notebooks stashed throughout the house, and even in my glove box that have pens stuck in the binding. I write EVERYTHING down.

I don't allow myself to go down the notebook aisle. Totally obsessed with them, too. (Need a 12 step program…)
