12 Days of Giveaways: #2 Parrot Minikit Slim Bluetooth Handsfree Car Kit

The law has changed in several states and now we HAVE to wear an earpiece when talking on the phone while driving. Plus, it is safer. But, if you don’t like wearing a Bluetooth earpiece in your ear, or you want to hear your sweetie all around your car, then you need the Parrot MiniKit Slim.

I tried one out and loved it. Setup was pretty easy. Once it is connected to your phone, it learns your address book so that you can just touch a button and speak voice commands for it to call whomever you like.

It attaches to the visor above you, so it’s close and the sound is loud and clear.

I honestly don’t use it much unless I am in the car alone, because being in a car full of kids and trying to talk on a speaker phone does not work out so well. 🙂 But when I do, it is very convenient!

Check out this video to see how easy it is (great music in this video too!):

How to Win (Required):

1. Leave a comment telling me why you need this bluetooth. Do you talk on the phone when driving??

Extra entries (Optional):

2. LIKE this blog on Facebook
3. Follow this blog via RSS

(if you are already following, leave a comment saying so.)

4. Tweet the following: “Want to win cool prizes? Check @littletechgirl’s  12 days of Xmas Giveaways! http://bit.ly/littletechgirl”

PLEASE LEAVE A SEPARATE COMMENT FOR EVERY ACTION THAT YOU TAKE.

Reminder: All giveaways will run until Midnight on Christmas Eve when I will choose and announce the winners.

If you don’t win the Parrot Bluetooth Minikit Slim here but you still want to pick one up, you can pick one up for only $72 on Amazon.com.

I love that you can simply touch a button to use the voice command. Sometimes when I’m driving I want to make a call but the hassle of unlocking phone then using voice command or dialing makes it prohibitive. This would come in handy

this like a safety feature everyone should have one in their car. Even if you don’t use it much when you have others in the car its still allowing you to drive without holding a phone. Great ideal, we spent the weekend researching devices like these thank you.

My reason is close to the same as the storage… my hubby is in the US Army, and deploying soon. And no matter where I am driving or what I am doing, I do NOT want to miss the calls from him. And if I got a ticket for driving and talking, I would be in big trouble since we live on post 🙂

I am one of those people who can’t drive and talk on the cell phone at the same time. I have to pull over or let my phone go to voice mail. I totally need this.
