US Cellular Hello Better Campaign Urges You to Say Goodbye to Bad Wireless Relationships

Do you have a dysfunctional relationship with your wireless company? I think most of us feel that we do. You either don’t like the service, you think the bill is too high, or perhaps you have a problem with dropped calls. Or maybe the data connection is slow. Or if you are really unlucky, all of the above.

I have had to make a few phone calls recently because said wireless carrier has been doing upgrades in my area. You would think that this is a good thing. It will be… eventually. However, during the upgrades something got broken…. BAD. My phone was unusable while home for about 2 weeks! It was painful. Sometimes I was lucky and got a roaming signal. But at other times I had nothing.  When out, it was better but not much. There were several dead spots that I would drive through when my call would drop mid-sentence. Great. It is usually at the most important  or juiciest part of the conversation. LOL! So then I have to wait and watch my bars come back before I can call again. Add to that data issues, and text messages that sometimes arrived 30 minutes late and I have not been happy. Having a awesome phone does not mean much if the service is not there to back it up. Sigh…

I know that I am not alone. Many others complain about their wireless service. US Cellular wants us to stop complaining and start celebrating. They encourage us to say goodbye our bad carrier relationships, and say hello to better service. A recently conducted study indicates that 43 percent of individuals suspect they are missing out on something better in terms of their wireless plan. Out of the 1,208 participants polled across four regions of the country, 56 percent of people admitted to being unhappy with their carrier over the past year. Wow! That is quite a lot of unhappy people. However, only 35 percent of those polled admitted to having ever broken up with their provider. And most of us are locked into a two year deal, so we cannot switch unless we pay a huge fee. Because of this we feel it is too much much trouble to switch carriers.

They offer perks too. You may have seen that commercials that US Cellular actually offers their customers a . Yes, a rewards program just for being a customer and using your phone.

Interested? Check out the US Cellular website to check out and find one that is right for you. They offer great plans and great smartphones for even the pickiest smartphone user. They even have my current obsession, the Samsung Galaxy S III. Drool…
