It’s 2015. Being a busy mom no longer means just walking your kids to the bus stop, grocery shopping, and then coming home to prepare dinner. Moms that I know these days are running businesses, keeping their blogs going, traveling the globe, and much more. This means that they need to keep in touch with the world. When I’m on the go I’m constantly using my smartphone and tablet to check my email, post to social media, participate in conference calls, and keep up with my schedule.
You may remember that I had the awesome pleasure of attending the launch event for the first version of the Lenovo Yoga Tablet back in 2013. It was a great event full of stars including Ashton Kutcher who had a hand in the design process. Since then Lenovo has worked to improve on the unique design. You can now get the Lenovo Yoga Tablet 2 Pro powered by Intel with a built-in projector! How cool is that? Can you imagine having your tablet with you, getting some work done, and with just a couple of motions projecting it onto a nearby wall to show your kids a movie?
Yes, keeping kids entertained is part of being a busy mom. Who can get work done with kids hanging all over us? The most work gets done when kids are occupied… or sleeping. The infographic below shows just how the day of a busy mom might go and how a tablet can help.
I very often use my tablet around the house and when on the go. But, I also use my tablet as a 2nd screen when working… especially when traveling. At home I’m used to working at my desk where I am lucky enough to work from more than one computer or on my desktop computer which is connected to 3 screens. But, when traveling I don’t lug around more than one computer. So, I use my tablet like a 2nd computer, monitor, or sometimes even a television. I also use it for video chat when needed. There are just some things that a smartphone is too small for.
Check out the product tour below to see more about the Yoga Tablet 2 Pro. And visit the Lenovo website for all of the juicy specs.
The new Yoga Tablet 2 Pro is even better with a 13.3″ Quad HD display. And with integrated JBL sound, and an astounding 15 hours of battery life, you can keep going all day. And it takes the four popular ways to use, innovative kickstand, and powerful processing of the Yoga tablet and adds a feature never before seen in a tablet: an integrated pico projector. Use this to project movies, home videos, or even presentations onto any wall.
Want one?? I have not yet gotten my hands on the new Yoga Tablet 2 Pro, but you can! Thanks to Intel one of my readers will win big! Enter to win below!
The Yoga Tablets 2 Pro is not the only great tablet powered by Intel. Check them all out on the Intel Tablet landing page and pick our your new favorite.

This tablet sounds AMAZING!! Now, I’m a Mac girl through & through with all my techie goodies sporting an “i” in their names–save for the laptops, which have all been a variation on the “MacBook.” HOWEVER, I am SO EXCITED about this Lenovo tablet that I *might* just be willing to abandon my iPad in favor of this awesome tech-lover’s dream tablet! My FAVORITE feature is the projector, hands down. How cool is that?! I’m officially a fan…and I’d LOVE to WIN this super cool tablet!! My fingers are officially crossed that I win!!! Thanks for the opportunity!! 😀 –Shanna Bana
