What are the Lowest AeroGarden Prices?

This post was written before AeroGarden went out of business and returned. Some info may be outdated.

If you are looking to purchase a new AeroGarden (the best countertop gardens on the market) it pays to know the lowest prices to watch out for. Prices change often, sales come and go, and you can find yourself with regrets if you find that you paid way too much. I’m here to help by sharing the lowest AeroGarden prices that I have noticed. Over the past few years I have really expanded my indoor garden. This includes multiple AeroGarden units.

If you are a member of my group, you may have seen that Facebook robot checkers had been flagging some of my posts with links. Long story short, I had to recreate a few posts that they hid or flagged. And I figured this was a great opportunity to be sure that I keep control of my own content. This is one of those posts.

The below contains affiliate links.

Hint: IF YOU WANT THE BEST DEAL ON A NEW UNIT, YOU MIGHT WANT TO WAIT FOR BLACK FRIDAY!

This post is a complication of the rock bottom aka lowest prices that I’ve have seen on all AeroGarden models over the past 3 years or so (since I started stalking them!) I do not like seeing people pay too much. ๐Ÿ™‚

AeroGarden Bounty Elite

If you glance at AeroGarden’s website and see that there’s a sale for 50% off, you may think that you are getting a good deal. But, just like other retailers AeroGarden plays with the numbers to make you think you are getting a deal. But, unless you have been watching you might not realize that the awesome deal you just got was not that great.

So, here is a chart of the usual sale prices, the lowest prices and where that low price was. I also included a few screenshots of the sales.

It should be no surprise that the best deals are found during the holidays. Black Friday through New Years 2021 sales were FANTASTIC! I think many of us added quite a bit to our arsenal at that time.

๐Ÿ˜‚

The above prices span 2021 – 2022. After that… due to demand, supply chain issues, inflation, coming out of the pandemic gardening craze, etc. prices went up quite a bit. But, sales can still be found from time to time! And when I see them I am sure to post them! It took quite a while, but now in 2023 we are starting to see some great prices again. Both Best Buy and Amazon currently have Farm 24XLs for $499. The Farm 12XL is $399.

Please keep in mind that this list DOES NOT include used (or new) Marketplace, Mercari, or Offer UP prices. This is only about brand new units from major retailers such as AeroGarden, Amazon, Kohls, Macys, Walmart, Samโ€™s Club, etc. Also, this does not include the iffy scam deals that we have seen posted on Amazon recently. But, once you are equipped with the lowest prices to watch out for on new units, you will know if that used unit you are getting is actually a good deal or not.

During the pandemic units were hard to find because of supply chain issues, so even used units were high priced. But, times have changed and prices has come down again. Do not get taken advantage of. Don’t buy a used unit if you can pay only a few dollars more for brand new unit with warranty.

Just a side note… Walmart’s clearance prices do not show up on their website. They are set in each store. However, you *might* be able to check Brickseek for stock and prices near you.

Now here are proof of some of those great deals…

AeroGarden recently wow’d us with the popular coveted pink version of the Harvest Slim for only $49!

Sam’s Club recently had a Harvest 360 bundle for $49!

In a very rare sales event, Amazon had AeroGarden Harvests for only $36 each. They were in generic packaging and had no pod kits, but it was still a great deal! We suspect they were overstock originally slated for Walmart, but who knows. ๐Ÿ™‚

So, as you see prices are sometimes very, very good. It pays to wait and watch for sales. And of course if you are in my Facebook group you know that I am going to post the best prices when they pop up! Now that you know which the possible lowest prices are, you can feel like you hit the jackpot when you get a good deal.

Happy shopping! Questions on which unit you should start with? Feel free to ask me!

(Copying my reply from the group here for others that might come across it. )

The only place I’ve seen them combined with a system in a bundle is Walmart or Sam’s club. And yes, sometimes those prices are really good. However, if you had caught the $49 unit and then added the seed starter for less than $20 that’s about the same deal. The lowest I’ve seen the bundles are $69 unless they’re on clearance at Walmart at the end of the season.
