My kids love putting on plays, dances, and other performances in the house. My one daughter, Alexis, age 7 also writes movie scripts. I know that she is going to be someone very important someday. The kids also love to do crafts, and create props for their plays. So, I know that they will love the Klutz Book of Animation. With this book, they can take one of their props and easily put it to motion to create a fun movie. With simple steps they can use their favorite props, drawings and toys to make a stop animation movie to delight all of their friends.
All you need to get started is a computer, camera, internet access and an imagination. The book includes step by step simple instructions that you and your children can follow to get your movie done.
The below movie is called Duck Duck Poop. As you will see, it really is all about ducks and poop. 🙂 The props could not be more simple, a marker, paper, and sticky notes!
You can win your own copy of the Klutz Book of Stop Animation to start creating your own movies and fun.

Hopefully, no movies about poop! I think my kids would probably like the challenge of making an animated flick starring themselves!

I’m sure it would be a movie starring our 3 cats and possibly our St Bernard. Plus an assortment of evil leprechauns and transformers. My son has a great imagination!
