Gutzy Gear Adds Flair to Your Kid’s Backpack

September 8, 2012 by Kris McDonald 1 Comment

Remember that scene in Office Space when Jennifer Aniston is reprimanded by her boss for not having enough flair on her uniform? Yes, it is totally hysterical. Now, while your child definitely does not need 37 pieces of flair, a few pieces certainly cannot hurt to set them apart from the other kids.

Enter Gutzy Gear. Gutzy Gear is a fun way for your kids to add flair to their backpack without pins or buttons, and without having to inflict damage on the backpack. From the website: Gutzy Gear is a great, new way to express yourself by customizing your backback, sports duffel, messenger bag, and more!

My kids really love the idea of showing their individuality. They all wear uniforms to school, so they love to jazz up their uniforms with accessories such as cool socks, or nice backpacks. Right before our Gutzy Gear party I ordered them new personalized backpacks with their names embroidered. And now they have each added their own flair using Gutzy Gear. During our party, all of their friends also got to add Gutzy.

And since Gutzy Gear works by attaching Velcro stickers to the strap pads, it is also a great way to make backpack straps more comfortable for your kids. I might even add some Gutzy Gear to my own backpack. 🙂

There are currently 2 series of Gutzy patches. This means 112 patches for you to choose from. The possibilities are endless. 🙂 There is pizza, french fries, sunglasses, bubblegum, popcorn, shoes, butterflies, cats, dogs, cupcakes, frogs, and so much more!

To find out where to purchase Gutzy Gear in your area, visit the Gutzy Gear website.

Disclosure: Gutzy Gear and MomSelect provided materials for this party. No other compensation was received. All opinions are my own.
