Can you believe that Thanksgiving is only 2 weeks away??? 2012 has really flown by. Before you know it, it will be Christmas! Thanksgiving is my 2nd favorite holiday behind Christmas. And yes… it is all about the food. I love cooking Thanksgiving dinner and having leftovers for days. 🙂 When most people are getting sick of Turkey I am turning my leftovers into turkey pot pie. Yum!

I will admit that I am not always the most organized person (this is really an understatement!!!) It is a work in progress. 🙂 I have posted before about my love of a certain note taking organization program. Well, I was asked to take a look at another similar program, Springpad, to get organized for Thanksgiving.  You can check out my Thanksgiving Notebook to see my ideas.

I had heard of Springpad before, but I had not really used it. I was missing out. The newest version of Springpad is full of featured and easy to use. And you know me… I am all about any organization program that allows me to access it wherever I am. Springpad works on my iPad, Nexus 7, Samsung Galaxy S2, iPod Touch, and the web! This means no matter which device I happen to grab, I can instantly save my ideas, notes, and to do lists. No matter which you prefer to use you are covered. You can use Springpad to save clips from the web, photos, products, recipes, books, music, and much more. Springpad can even preload several popular items to keep you from typing.

Entering the Springpad and Breville Organize Your Thanksgiving Contest is simple!

Sitting and eating while watching football – no cares in the world for that moment.  THAT is the best part for me 😉

Sounds like a lot of us have similar thanksgivings. My favorite part is talking about what we are thankful for –

I have to admit, my favorite part of the meal is the stuffing. I don't know what it is about it, but I absolutely love it.

My favorite part of Thanksgiving dinner is the turkey. For some reason, I seem to only cook it once a year, and though it makes me sleepy, my turkey is good and tender. What's more, there's always plenty of that big bird to last my family of 8 for a few days. Hey, I probably need to cook a turkey more often. 🙂

My favorite part of Thanksgiving meal is simply having the family together talking about things that we have been thankful for this year. What a great reminder to be thankful for the simple things in life.

My favorite part of thanksgiving is after all the food has been cooked and eaten when my entire family (20+) sits around, plays games, laughs ans enjoys each other.
