Dance Central for Kinect
I have mentioned before that this is my FAV Xbox game. Get your heart pumping and your feet moving by busting a move. Some of the dances are easy, some have you saying “What the….???” But it’s all FUN!! I am happy to say that I’m pretty good at most of the dances and have conquered the hard level on a few. And it is hard work! Great exercise.
If you are like me and you don’t like traditional exercise, a bit of Dance Central every night just might do the trick!
The song list is amazing too. It includes many old dance favorites as well as some new ones. And the more you dance you have chances to unlock new songs!

Exercise is a must for all in whatever form you wish to do it. Better health, more energy, better stamina. Just a better you all around. Wow, I really sound like a commercial. Or, maybe I sound like I am trying to convince myself. HA! Yes, as I have said before this is something that I have struggled with… wanting to exercise.
